Chip and Carolyn have made their extensive careers in all facets of the real estate industry. They’ve owned their own brokerage for three decades and built/managed one of the largest and most profitable real estate offices in WNC. Their experience covers appraisal, residential, commercial, investment and development/project management of large and small tracts. They are proficient in 1031 exchanges and conservation easements. The knowledge amassed and relationships formed over a career of this type is invaluable to everyone they serve.
